  • User – a natural person visiting the website of the Online Store https://4swiss.pl/ or using its services.
  • Customer – a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person or an organizational unit that enters into a sales contract with the Seller.
  • Online Store (Service) – Internet service run by the Administrator, available at https://4swiss.pl/.
  • RODO – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016.

2 Purposes, Legal Basis and Period of Data Processing

2.4 Handling of complaints and investigation of claims (Article 6(1)(c) and (f) RODO)

  • Scope of data: order data, contact information.
  • Storage time: until the statute of limitations for claims (usually 3-6 years).

3 Data Recipients
